PET sheet – initiation of changed circumstances review to consider revocation of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate sheet from Oman
Polymers – final affirmative AD injury determination on superabsorbent polymers from South Korea
Scope rulings – list of scope rulings and circumvention determinations made during the period July 1 through Sept. 30, 2022, with respect to the following AD/CV duty orders
- artist canvas from China
- chassis and subassemblies thereof from China
- hardwood plywood products from China
- raw flexible magnets from China
- stainless steel sheet and strip from China
- steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China
- wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China
Tubular goods – issuance of AD duty orders on oil country tubular goods from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia, with dumping margins of 78.3 percent, 44.93 percent, and 12.01 and 184.21 percent, respectively, and CV duty orders on such goods from South Korea and Russia, with net subsidy rates of 0.25 and 1.33 percent and 1.3 to 1.59 percent, respectively
