Flanges – (1) dumping margins of 0.63 to 49.3 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel flanges from India for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021, and (2) rescission of this review for 14 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from these companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
Mushrooms – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on preserved mushrooms from Poland, the Netherlands, and Spain and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 23.43 and 30.01 percent for Poland, zero to 146.59 percent for the Netherlands, and 10.28 and 40.07 percent for Spain
Sodium nitrite – issuance of AD duty order on sodium nitrite from Russia, effective Nov. 3, with cash deposit rate of 25.73 percent
Steel wire strand – net subsidy rate of 96.33 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey for the period Sept. 9, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021
Welded pipe – net subsidy rates of 0.31 and 1.66 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
