File folders – initiation of AD duty investigations of paper file folders from Cambodia and Sri Lanka and CV duty investigation of paper file folders from Cambodia
Flanges – (1) dumping margins of 0.62 to 2.25 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel flanges from India for the period Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to three companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from those companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
Laminated sacks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on laminated woven sacks from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Molded fiber products – revised HTSUS numbers in corrected notice of initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of thermoformed molded fiber products from China and Vietnam
Tubular goods – dumping margin of 1.39 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Ukraine for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
