Fertilizer – net subsidy rates of 16.81 percent for Morocco and 18.21 percent for Russia in final results of administrative reviews of CV duty orders on phosphate fertilizers from these countries for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
HFC blends – final determination that imports of R-410B from Mexico that are completed in Mexico using components originating in China and are further processed in the U.S. are not circumventing the AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China
Propane cylinders – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on steel propane cylinders from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 37.91 and 142.37 percent
Sodium nitrite – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on sodium nitrite from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the rate of 169.01 percent
Solar cells – amended final determination that Vietnamese cells and modules are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China
