Fertilizer – net subsidy rate of 28.5 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on phosphate fertilizers from Russia for the period Nov. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021
Flanges – (1) dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of stainless steel flanges from India for the period Oct. 1, 2021, through Sept. 30, 2022, and (2) net subsidy rates of 2.6 to 4.04 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such flanges for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
Hot-rolled steel – net subsidy rate of 0.78 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
Silicon metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on silicon metal from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Sinks – dumping margins of 5.85 and 76.45 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022
