Ferrovanadium – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on ferrovanadium from South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Flanges – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Rubber – final affirmative dumping determinations on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from the Czech Republic and Russia and new AD cash deposit rates of 8.04 percent for the Czech Republic and 8.15 to 17.47 percent for Russia
Shrimp – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022, for 261 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Softwood lumber – initiation of review to determine whether GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. and GreenFirst Forest Products (QC) Inc. are the successor-in-interest to Rayonier A.M. Canada G.P. for purposes of the AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada
