Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Belgium for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021

Freight rail couplers – preliminary affirmative AD and/or CV injury determinations on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China and Mexico

PC strand – dumping margin of 53.65 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey for the period Sept. 30, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2022

Tubular goods – final affirmative AD and/or CV injury determinations on oil country tubular goods from Argentina, Mexico, Russia, and South Korea

Welded pipe – dumping margins of zero and 2.67 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Korea for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021
