Activated carbon – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on activated carbon from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
File folders – issuance of AD duty orders on paper file folders from China, India, and Vietnam and CV duty order on paper file folders from India, effective Nov. 21, with current AD cash deposit rates of 192.7 percent for China, 13.44 and 82.23 percent for India, and 97.52 and 233.93 percent for Vietnam and current CV cash deposit rates of 3.78 and 90.98 percent for India
Shrimp – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023, with respect to certain companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel cylinders – preliminary determination that non-refillable steel cylinders with water capacities between 100 and 299 cubic inches produced in China and exported to the U.S. are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on non-refillable steel cylinders from China
Steel tubing – dumping margins of 0.61 and 4.14 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022
