Carbon – dumping margins of zero and $0.62/kg in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2020, through March 31, 2021
File folders – initiation of AD duty investigation of paper file folders from China, India, and Vietnam and CV duty investigation of paper file folders from India
Pasta – dumping margin of 6.6 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021
Shrimp – preliminary determination that Kader Exports Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to the Liberty Group for purposes of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India and is therefore entitled to its AD cash deposit rate
Vanities – (1) dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China for the period Oct. 9, 2019, through March 31, 2021, and (2) final determination that Jiang Su Rongxin Wood Industry Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Jiangsu Rongxin Cabinets Co. Ltd. and as of Nov. 9 will receive its AD cash deposit rate
