The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Cabinets – (1) dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China for the period April 1, 2022, through March, 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.92 to 163.46 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Hangers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 187.25 percent
Mattresses – CBP initiation of EAPA investigation of possible evasion of AD duty orders on mattresses from China, Indonesia, and/or Vietnam and CV duty order on mattresses from China
Steel flat products – (1) dumping margins of zero and 29.03 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan for the period Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023, (2) dumping margins of 0.89 and 2.1 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on such goods from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023, and (3) net subsidy rates of 1.47 and 2.21 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Tires – (1) final affirmative AD injury determination on truck and bus tires from Thailand and (2) final negative critical circumstances determination
