Aluminum sheet – net subsidy rates of 37.9 percent for 2020 and 32.43 percent for 2021 in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from India for the period Aug. 14, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021
Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of zero and 1.39 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan for the period Oct. 1, 2021, through Sept. 30, 2022
Pipe fittings – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 360.3 percent and countervailable subsidies of 7.37 to 133.94 percent
Shopping bags – (1) preliminary affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on paper shopping bags from India and new cash deposit requirements at rates of 2.37 to 5.0 percent (AD) and 12.43 to 144.03 percent (CV) and (2) preliminary affirmative determinations of critical circumstances
Strontium chromate – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on strontium chromate from France for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
