Aluminum sheet – (1) dumping margins 04 2.38 to 2.72 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Türkiye for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 1.72 to 41.46 percent for India and 0.19 and 1.14 percent for Türkiye in final results of administrative reviews of CV duty orders on such goods from these countries for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Epoxy resins – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on epoxy resins from China, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, (2) new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 344.45 percent for China, zero and 10.52 percent for India, 16.02 to 24.65 percent for Korea, 9.43 to 20.61 percent for Taiwan, 5.59 percent for Thailand, (3) preliminary negative critical circumstances determinations for Korea and Thailand, and (4) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination for China
Flanges – net subsidy rate of 1.75 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on stainless steel flanges from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Printing plates – final affirmative AD and/or CV injury determinations on aluminum lithographic printing plates from China and Japan
Sodium nitrite – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on sodium nitrite from China and Germany would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 190.74 percent for China and 237.0 percent for Germany
