Aluminum sheet – dumping margin of 6.44 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Germany for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023
Barium chloride – revocation of AD duty order on barium chloride from China and CV duty order on barium chloride from India, effective Nov. 5
DOTP – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on dioctyl terephthalate from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 6.97 percent for Malaysia, 57.88 percent for Poland, 18.73 to 32.94 percent for Taiwan, and 61.61 to 80.71 percent for Türkiye
Ferrosilicon – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia, (2) new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 1.06 to 13.03 percent for Brazil, 4.22 to 6.2 percent for Kazakhstan, and 6.23 to 8.73 percent for Malaysia, and (3) preliminary negative critical circumstances determination on ferrosilicon from Kazakhstan
Quartz products – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on quartz surface products from India for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023
