Aluminum foil – net subsidy rates of 24.49 and 25.32 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
File folders – final affirmative AD injury determinations on paper file folders from China, India, and Vietnam and final affirmative CV injury determination on paper file folders from India
Sinks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 76.45 percent
Steel rod – dumping margins of zero and 2.37 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD duty orders, which will result in either their continuation or their revocation
- clad steel plate from Japan
- silicomanganese from China and Ukraine
- steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine
