The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – (1) dumping margin of 16.02 percent in amended final affirmative dumping determination on aluminum extrusions from Vietnam and (2) final affirmative determination of critical circumstances
Shrimp – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on frozen warmwater shrimp from Indonesia, with dumping margins of zero and 3.9 percent, (2) final affirmative CV duty determinations on such shrimp from Ecuador, India, and Vietnam, with net subsidy rates of 3.57 to 4.41 percent for Ecuador, 5.63 to 5.87 percent for India, and 2.84 and 221.82 percent for Vietnam, (3) final negative dumping determination on such shrimp from Ecuador, and (4) final negative CV duty determination on such shrimp from Indonesia
Silicomanganese – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on silicomanganese from China and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Torsion springs – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from China and India
Wind towers – continuation of AD duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam and CV duty order on such towers from China, effective Oct. 17
