Aluminum extrusions – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam
Engines – rescission of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on large vertical shaft engines between 225 cc and 999 cc, and parts thereof, from China for the periods March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV) and instruction to CBP to assess AD/CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Quartz products – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on quartz surface products from India for the period June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022
Shrimp – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador (AD/CV), India (CV), Indonesia (AD/CV), and Vietnam (CV)
Steel wire strand – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Ukraine for the period Nov. 19, 2020, through May 31, 2022
