2,4-D – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid from China and India and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 16.44 and 126.58 percent for China and 0.87 to 7.99 percent for India
Hexamine – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on hexamine from China, Germany, India, and Saudi Arabia and preliminary affirmative CV injury determinations on hexamine from China and India
New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and CV duty orders for the periods Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024 (AD) and Jan. through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted
- carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico (AD)
- hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia (AD), Japan (AD), Korea (AD/CV), and the Netherlands (AD)
- lemon juice from Argentina (AD)
- oil country tubular goods from Vietnam (AD; Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2024)
- ripe olives from Spain (AD; Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024)
- stainless steel flanges from India (AD/CV)
Scope rulings – applications filed in September for rulings on the scope of the following AD and CV duty orders
