The federal agencies listed below are proposing new, revised, or continued information collections concerning the following.

Environmental Protection Agency

- form 9600-031, notification of chemical exports (comments due by July 1)

Office of the U.S. Trade Representative

- Section 301 tariff exclusion requests (comments due by July 30)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- CBP form 4455, certificate of registration, which is used primarily for the registration, examination, and supervised lading of commercial shipments of articles exported for repair, alteration, or processing that will subsequently be returned to the U.S. either duty-free or at a reduced duty rate (comments due by July 30)
