- Exxel Express LLC, Carson, CA (QI change)

- Maravana Cargo Inc., Miami, FL (new NVO and OFF license)

- Mega-Trans Corporation dba The Block Logistics dba Mega Trans Container Line, Salt Lake City, UT (name change to The Block Logistics, Inc., QI change, and removal of trade name Mega Trans Container Line)

- Rapid USA Cargo Inc., Miami, FL (new OFF license)

- TS Natural Resource LLC, Lakewood, CA (new NVO and OFF license)

- Unique Express Prints Inc. dba Unique Express, Davie, FL (new NVO and OFF license)

- WLSCUS LLC, Houston, TX (new NVO license)
