Fitness devices – modification of remedial orders issued in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1265 of fitness devices, streaming components thereof, and systems containing same to mitigate their harm on U.S. consumers

Liquid transfer devices – patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1362 instituted on liquid transfer devices with an integral vial adapter (complainants West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. and West Pharma. Services IL Ltd.; respondents located in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.)

Photovoltaic connectors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on photovoltaic connectors and components thereof (complainant Shoals Technologies Group LLC; proposed respondents located in Mexico, the Philippines, China, and the U.S.)
