Evaporator systems – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1311 of centrifuge utility platform and falling film evaporator systems and components thereof (complainant Apeks LLC; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Network security equipment – new IPR infringement complaint filed on network security equipment and systems, related software, components thereof, and products containing same (complainant Centripetal Network Inc.; proposed respondent located in U.S.)

Set-top boxes – new IPR infringement complaint filed on digital set-top boxes and systems and services including the same (complainant Broadband iTV Inc.; proposed respondents located in U.S.)
