Botox – rescission of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders issued in investigation 337-TA-1145 of botulinum toxin products, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and certain products containing same
Furniture – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1178 of collapsible and portable furniture following a finding of no violation
Smart devices – in investigation 337-TA-1185 of smart thermostats, smart HVAC systems, and components thereof, recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order and June 4 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of such orders would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Syringes – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1204 of pre-filled syringes for intravitreal injection and components thereof based on withdrawal of the complaint
