Botox – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1313 of botulinum toxin products and processes for manufacturing or relating to same (complainant Medytox Inc.; respondents located in Korea, Austria, and the U.S.)

Compression devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on pneumatic compression devices and components thereof (complainants Precision Holdings USA Inc. and Innovamed Health LLC; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Electronic devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic devices and semiconductor devices with timing-aware dummy fill and components thereof (complainant Bell Semiconductor LLC; proposed respondents located in the Netherlands, Bermuda, China, Japan, and the U.S.)

Mobile devices – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1312 of mobile electronic devices (complainant Maxwell Ltd.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
