Barcode scanners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on barcode scanners, scan engines, mobile computers with barcode scanning functionalities, products containing same, and components thereof (complainants Honeywell International Inc. and Hand Held Products Inc.; proposed respondents located in U.S.)

Golf club parts – new IPR infringement complaint filed on universal golf club shaft and golf club head connection adaptors, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Club-Conex LLC; proposed respondent located in China)

Set-top boxes – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1315 of digital set-top boxes and systems and services including the same (complainant Broadband iTV Inc.; respondents located in the U.S.)

Video processors – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1222 of video processing devices, components thereof, and digital smart televisions containing the same based on a settlement between the respondents and complainant DivX LLC
