- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding electric marine outboard and inboard motors, motor powerheads, motor tiller handles, and transom bracket assemblies) at the Mercury Lane facility within FTZ 41 in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding certain chocolate, gelatin, peanut, and syrup products) at the Uni Ag Group LLC facility within FTZ 12 in McAllen, Texas

- approved subzone status for the Jubilant HollisterStier LLC facility within FTZ 224 in Spokane, Wash.
