- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding battery packs and accessories) at the Lithion Battery Inc. facility within FTZ 89 in Henderson, Nev.

- approved the expansion of subzone 183B to include a Samsung Austin Semiconductor LLC facility in Taylor, Texas

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding power transmission products) at the Twin Disc Inc. facility within FTZ 297 in Lufkin, Texas

- received an application for subzone status for the Sediver USA Inc. facility within FTZ 273 in West Memphis, Ark.
