- received an application to expand subzone 244A at the Skechers USA Inc. facility in Banning, Calif.

- approved the expansion of subzone 15E at the Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. USA facility in Boonville, Mo.

- authorized limited production under zone procedures (regarding mineral amino acid chelates) at the Albion Laboratories Inc. facility within FTZ 30 in Ogden, Utah, with further review warranted prior to the potential use of glycine as a foreign-status component

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding lithium-ion battery energy storage systems) at the Corvus Energy USA Ltd. facility within FTZ 129 in Bellingham, Wash.
