Crepe paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on crepe paper products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 266.83 percent
Rail couplers – rescission of administrative review of AD order on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – closure of CVD injury investigation of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria after USTR determination that Algeria is not a Subsidies Agreement country
Tris – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane from China, with comments on scope of investigations due by June 1
Tubular goods – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on oil country tubular goods from Austria, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates and preliminary affirmative CV injury determination on such goods from Austria
