Aluminum foil – subsidy rate of 14.15 percent for Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on certain aluminum foil from Oman for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Folders – dumping margin of 5.65 percent in administrative review of AD order on paper file folders from India for the period May 17, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024, and review rescission with respect to one company
Isocyanurates – subsidy rate of 18.71 percent for Heze Huayi Chemical Co. Ltd. in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023, and review rescission with respect to 41 companies
OCTG – dumping margin of 1.62 percent for Tubos de Acero de Mexico S.A. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on oil country tubular goods from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024, and review rescission with respect to two companies
Scope rulings – rulings made between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2026, on the scope of the following AD/CVD orders
- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CVD)
- forged steel fittings from China (AD/CVD)
- large diameter welded pipe from India (AD/CVD)
- mattresses from Mexico and Poland (AD)
- walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China (AD/CVD)
Shrimp – dumping margins of 6.30, 7.56, and 10.76 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2024, through Jan. 31, 2025, and review rescission with respect to eight exporters
Steel plate – subsidy rates of 1.39 and 1.89 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024, and review rescission with respect to two companies
