CBS – institution of AD and CVD injury investigations of N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide (CBS) classified under HTSUS 2934.20.80, 3812.10.10 and 3812.10.50 from China, with questionnaires due by May 21, a staff conference to be held May 28 (requests to appear are due by May 26), written briefs due by June 2, and the preliminary injury vote scheduled for June 18
Coated paper – denial by ITC of request to institute review concerning final affirmative determinations in sunset reviews of AD and CVD orders on certain coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia
Rebar – dumping margin of 8.45 percent for Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. / I.N.G.E.T.E.K.N.O.S. Estructurales S.A. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024, and review rescission with respect to three companies
Solar products – dumping margin zero for EEPV Corp. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan for the period Feb. 1, 2024, through Jan. 31, 2025
Sunset reviews – ITC determinations to conduct expedited sunset reviews of AD and CVD orders on corrosion inhibitors and vertical shaft engines from China; AD orders on crepe paper, difluoromethane (R-32), and hand trucks and certain parts thereof from China; and AD orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia
