The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mobile access equipment – dumping margin of 9.33 percent for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China for the period April 13, 2022, through March 31, 2023
Printing plates – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on aluminum lithographic printing plates from China and Japan, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 38.56 and 107.61 percent for China and 87.81 and 157.16 percent for Japan, and (2) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination for China, meaning AD cash deposits are required for unliquidated entries of subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Feb. 1
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
- circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China (AD/CV)
- glycine from China (CV), India (AD/CV), Japan (AD), and Thailand (AD)
- laminated woven sacks from Vietnam (AD/CV)
- silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela (AD)
Threaded rod – dumping margin of 35.1 percent for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on alloy and certain carbon steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023
Wood flooring – dumping margin of 19.78 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
