HFC blends – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023, with respect to three companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of zero and 1.39 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan for the period Oct. 1, 2021, through Sept. 30, 2022

Paper bags – issuance of AD duty order on paper shopping bags from Türkiye, effective May 9, with current dumping margins of 26.32 and 47.56 percent
