Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Epoxy resins – (1) final affirmative AD injury determinations on epoxy resins from Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, (2) final affirmative CV injury determinations on epoxy resins from Korea and Taiwan, and (3) final negative CV injury determinations on epoxy resins from China and India

Pipe fittings – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy for the period Feb. 1, 2024, through Jan. 31, 2025, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Silicon metal – initiation of AD duty investigations of silicon metal from Angola, Australia, Laos, and Norway and CV duty investigations of silicon metal from Australia, Laos, Norway, and Thailand, with June 3 deadline for comments on scope of investigations

Solar cells – final affirmative AD and CV injury determination on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam
