The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Coated paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Copper pipe – continuation of AD duty orders on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico, effective May 23

Hand tools – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on heavy forged hand tools from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Rail couplers – final affirmative CV duty determination on freight rail coupler systems and components thereof from China, with net subsidy rate of 265.99 percent

Snow throwers – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on walk-behind snow throwers and parts thereof from China, effective May 19, with current cash deposit rates of 142.19 to 201.99 percent (AD) and 203.06 percent (CV)
