Carbon – dumping margins of $0.28 to $0.36 per kilogram in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022
Fertilizer – net subsidy rate of 14.49 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco for the period Nov. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021
Garlic – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on fresh garlic from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Hot-rolled steel – dumping margin of 0.84 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021
Vanities – (1) dumping margins of 7.71 to 43.0 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, (2) net subsidy rates of 7.47 to 14.6 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, (3) rescission of AD review with respect to two companies, and (4) rescission of CV review with respect to 12 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods from those companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
