The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Activated carbon – dumping margins of $1.17/kg to $2.01/kg in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023

Aluminum foil – (1) dumping margins of 59.52 to 75.53 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 19.23 to 30.66 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Aluminum sheet – net subsidy rates of 2.9 to 54.12 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Fertilizer – net subsidy rates of 14.21 percent for Morocco and 18.83 percent for Russia in preliminary results of administrative reviews of CV duty orders on phosphate fertilizers from these countries for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Scope rulings – applications filed in March for rulings on the scope of the following AD and/or CV duty orders

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)

- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan (AD)

- steel wheels 12” to 16.5” in diameter from China (AD/CV)
