Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Anode material – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on active anode material from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 6.55 and 721.03 percent

File folders – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determination on paper file folders from Sri Lanka, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 57.43 and 91.28 percent, and (2) preliminary negative dumping determination on paper file folders from Cambodia

Hard capsules – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 77.29 percent for Brazil, 5.4 to 172.24 percent for China, 3.6 to 24.78 percent for India, and 9.99 percent for Vietnam

Pressure pipe – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe from China, effective May 21

Ribbons – application filed for ruling on the scope of the AD/CV duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China
