Aluminum sheet – (1) dumping margins of 17.8 to 18.7 percent for Germany and 2.61 to 12.24 percent for Turkey in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from those countries for the period Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.63 to 3.62 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods from Turkey for the period Aug. 14, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021
Garlic – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on fresh garlic from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Light-walled pipe – dumping margins of 1.44 to 9.2 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021
Plywood – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on hardwood plywood products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury or threat thereof within a reasonably foreseeable time
Shelving – rescission of inquiry to determine whether imports of boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale that are completed or assembled in Malaysia using certain components from China are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on such goods from China
