The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum sheet – (1) dumping margins of 1.49 to 2.59 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Türkiye for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.19 and 1.08 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Cabinets and vanities – dumping margin of zero, and net subsidy rates of 0.91 to 163.46 percent, in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China for the periods April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV)

Pipe – dumping margin of zero for one producer or exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded line pipe from Korea for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022

Rebar – net subsidy rates of 0.03 and 5.54 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
