Aluminum foil – scheduling of final phase of AD/CV injury investigations on aluminum foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey, with hearing scheduled for Sept. 14, pre-hearing briefs due by Sept. 3, post-hearing briefs due by Sept. 21, and final comments due by Oct. 14
Barium chloride – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on barium chloride from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Grating – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on steel grating from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Mowers – (1) final affirmative AD duty determinations on walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China and Vietnam, with new AD cash deposit rates of 88.14 to 263.75 percent for China and 148.35 and 176.37 percent for Vietnam, and (2) final affirmative CV duty determination on mowers from China, with new CV cash deposit rates of 14.17 to 20.98 percent
Violet pigment – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on carbazole violet pigment 23 from China and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
