Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum foil – (1) dumping margin of 32.85 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 11 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from these companies at the applicable cash deposit rates

Aluminum sheet – dumping margins of zero for India and 9.9 percent for Spain in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from India and Spain for the period Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022

Fertilizers – (1) net subsidy rate of 53.29 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on phosphate fertilizers from Russia for the period Nov. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021, and (2) rescission of review with respect to one company and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods from this company at the applicable cash deposit rate

Sinks – (1) dumping margins of 9.52 and 36.53 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, and (2) rescission of review for 26 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from these companies at the applicable cash deposit rates

Tires – (1) net subsidy rate of 125.5 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 15 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods from these companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
