Aluminum foil – net subsidy rates of 24.37 and 25.20 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum foil from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
Aluminum sheet – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Taiwan for the period Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Freight rail couplers – preliminary affirmative AD duty determination on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico, new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 47.82 percent, and preliminary negative determination of critical circumstances
Silicon metal – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on silicon metal from Kazakhstan for the period Dec. 3, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Threaded rod – dumping margins of zero and 2.37 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India for the period April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022
