The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV duty investigations on aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam, with pre-hearing briefs due by Sept. 17, requests to appear at the hearing due by Sept. 18, the pre-hearing conference (if deemed necessary) to be held Sept. 20, the hearing to be held Sept. 24, post-hearing briefs due by Oct. 1, and final comments due by Oct. 18
Grinding media – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations on certain high chrome cast iron grinding media from India
Strontium chromate – dumping margin of zero for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on strontium chromate from Austria for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
Welded pipe – determinations as part of sunset reviews of CV duty orders on large diameter welded pipe from India and Korea that revocation of those measures would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies
Wire strand – dumping margin of zero for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
