The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Abrasive grains – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rate of 165.05 percent

Aluminum foil – dumping margins of 2.34 and 6.32 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum foil from Türkiye for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023

DOTP – issuance of AD duty orders on dioctyl terephthalate from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye, effective May 22

Honey – dumping margins of 2.61 and 6.19 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on raw honey from Argentina for the period Nov. 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023

Steel plate – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024
