2,4-D – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid from China and India

Epoxy resins – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on epoxy resins from China, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand

Paper bags – final affirmative dumping determination on paper shopping bags from Cambodia, AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 7.07 and 248.81 percent, and final affirmative critical circumstances determination

Pipes and tubes – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023

Sodium hexametaphosphate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 188.05 percent
