Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

2,4-D – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid rom China and India, effective May 27

Epoxy resins – (1) issuance of AD duty orders on epoxy resins from Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, with dumping margins of 5.68 to 7.6 percent for Korea, 10.93 to 28.13 percent for Taiwan, and 5.25 percent for Thailand, and (2) issuance of CV duty orders on epoxy resins from Korea and Taiwan, with net subsidy rates of 1.01 to 1.84 percent for Korea and 3.38 to 62.36 percent for Taiwan

Grinding media – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on high-chrome cast iron grinding media from India

Plywood – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of hardwood and decorative plywood from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam

Steel pipe – dumping margin of 144.59 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Vietnam for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
