Milk powder – issuance of civil penalties ranging from $200,000 to $1.8 million for violating cease and desist orders in investigation 337-TA-1232 of chocolate milk powder and packaging thereof
Splash guards – issuance of general exclusion order and cease and desist orders in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1430 of urine splash guards and components thereof
