Infotainment systems – institution of investigation 337-TA-1493 of in-vehicle infotainment systems, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Zync Inc.; respondents located in Germany and the U.S.)
Rescissions – request for submissions by May 26 on whether to modify or rescind the exclusion orders issued in the following investigations due to complainants’ failure to make annual filings stating whether they continue to use the trademarks at issue
- arrowheads with deploying blades and components thereof and packaging therefor (investigation 337-TA-977)
- computer cables, chargers, adapters, peripheral devices, and packaging containing the same (investigation 337-TA-975)
- portable battery jump starters and components thereof (investigation 337-TA-1256)
- portable power stations and packaging therefor (investigation 337-TA-563)
- radio control hobby transmitters and receivers and products containing same (investigation 337-TA-763)
Skin care systems – issuance and suspension of limited exclusion order and cease and desist order in investigation 337-TA-1408 of hydrodermabrasion systems and components thereof
Solar cells – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1494 of TOPCon solar cells, modules, panels, components thereof, and products containing same (complainant First Solar Inc.; respondents located in Germany, Canada, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Jordan, South Korea, Japan, and the U.S.)
