Floor cleaners – in investigation 337-TA-1252 of robotic floor cleaning devices and components thereof, determination to issue a limited exclusion order prohibiting imports of subject goods imported by or on behalf of SharkNinja that infringe specified patents asserted by iRobot Corporation and cease and desist orders against each respondent
Mobile phones – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigations 337-TA-1301 of mobile phones and tablet computers, all with switchable connectivity, and 337-TA-1300 of mobile phones, tablet computers, smart watches, smart speakers, and digital media players and products containing same (complainant Ericsson Inc. and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson; respondent located in U.S.)
Pool cleaners – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1326 of robotic pool cleaners and components thereof (complainants Zodiac Pool Systems LLC and Zodiac Pool Care Europe ZA La Balme; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
