Cleaners – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1404 of surface cleaning devices and components thereof based on a settlement agreement between complainants SharkNinja Operating LLC, Omachron Alpha Inc., and Omachron Intellectual Property Inc. and respondents, which are located in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.

Computing devices – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1389 of computing devices utilizing indexed search systems and components thereof

Medical programmers – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1396 of medical programmers with printed circuit boards, components thereof, and products and systems for use with the same based on a settlement between complainants Medtronic Inc., Medtronic Logistics LLC, Medtronic USA Inc., and Medtronic Puerto Rico Operations Co. and respondent, which is located in the U.S.
